An Android app to work with a Arduino Uno

I'm going to require a simple Android app to communicate via the USB port of a tablet with an Arduino board. The project is pretty straightforward, will need a listening thread on the Android app, a calculation part and data sending/receiving capabilities. Also, all data that will be sent and received will be saved in a .txt or other .dat type of files.
I'll need the code of the app very well commented, as I will be further continuating this project. All the payment will be done at the end of the project, as it will require testing and re-modding.
