Android tv portal application

i am looking for someone that can create a android mobile app that would be a tv portal the app would need to connect to a db and get the information from there such as show title / sesons and eppiseodes and alos media links to play said episode if you can do this i have a small idea of what i would like it to look like the app needs to be able to search the db as well to find tv shows by name i have all the stuff i need such as images of media and links to video all i need now is the actual app the reson i need it to connect to a db is because i am going to have a website running off the same db as the app so both are connected and wen i upload stuff to the db it needs to be avalable in the app if anyone thinks they can do this please repsond as soon as possible with a pirce i am still looking for someone to create the websited and db as well i you could do all 3 that would be amazing i do not have a very big budget so i am not looing for anything flashy just simple still working on design but i have added an image of what i am kind of looking for note the empty phone in the middle is where i would like the posters of the tv shows to go and i want it to be swipe controles so the user can shuffle threw them
