Application Android

hi, i have an application for iphone/ ipad that need to be translated for android as well. The application is made by this forms: 1) list website & update website 2) add website 3) list gallery of a website 4) list photos of a gallery 5) photos fullscreen. When adding a website the application connect to a server and by sendind a request download a file will all the info for the website, including gallerys name, photos url and so on. So it save everythink in a local database and immidiatly after start to download all images files and create thumbnail square of them. When finish this website appear on the "list website form" and people can click there and start see images... So internet is need it only in form "2, adding website" and in form "[login to view URL] website" When updating website is similar to "adding website" but first delete everythink from database ( but not the files of the images ) I need an application perfectly working on every ANDROID. Before paing i will test it on many devide, and if there is any mistake i won't pay until is fixed. As well maximum time is very important, because if you say me 10 day to show the app and 10 days to repair bugs, that means that in 20 days i want to app perfect, without any mistake. If there are i may deside to cancel you the job and pay you nothink. TIME is important for me. The app must be nice with every little think perfectly done. I want the source code at end fo job.
