android app - live wallpaper (from mp4)

Requirements: - admob integration - playing live wallpaper fluently and without any crashes - live wallpaper should play mp4 in a loop (should handle videos up to 30 seconds) App should behave like this: - installing as a typical app - after opening app I should see a background image from the video (frame automatically taken from video) - on the top, button that links to apps from developer account - two main buttons: exit and set - there should be a timer that user see and information (for example waiting to set wallpaper..) and after 3 - 2 - 1 set button appears. This timer is used to wait to load an ad. When the set button appears, the ad should be launched. - additionally there should be an ad banner on the bottom of the screen - clicking set button should open live wallpapers list on the device and there should be available our live wallpaper to pick Other information: - live wallpaper should stop playing video after locking the screen to minimize battery usage and should automatically resume after unlocking screen - there shouldn't be any long delay in loading the live wallpaper after unlocking screen etc. (max delay 2 seconds) - there should be a config file in the project where I put admob IDs for interstitial and banner - project should be made in eclipse - project should use google play services for admob - project should consist of a folder where the mp4 video will be (I will manually change the video and build the project to have another live wallpaper)
