Aplicación para iPhone / Hoteles - iOS app

I am looking for a developer of a mobile app for iOS focused on hotel reservations, who want to be a member of the project and the company. I'm in Colombia and I would like to find a talented person who wants to grow with the business and to be responsible for the technological part. I would take care of the business side and marketing. In Colombia there is a great opportunity for this type of application but no developers who want to be part of the project.
