Application for Android/iPhone

Hi everyone. I need an application that consists with the set of entries, which could be shown either in table or in the map view. An entry has the following fields: name, date, several text fields, gps-position field and status. In table view, the data should be filtered by the distance from the actual location of the mobile phone – the closer the higher in the list (only for 10 entries the distance should be calculated). The list should also have filters by name and a status. In map view, the data should be represented as dots on the map, that the application should get either from Google maps or, if it possible, from the Navigation application (in Android). An application should have a functionality to add entries. Once the mobile is connected to the internet, it should synchronize the database with the remote database server. So I also need a remote database server to be developed. The server will act like storage of the actual data. This is not a full specification for the developer, but the draft for a rude estimation of development budget. Please propose your quotes. Thanks.
