Build An App (Safe)

I Have an idea for a great app that would be fun and useful at the same time. It is an app where you can store any kind of media (photos, music, videos, apps etc.) But it is a safe so only the person with the code can access it. It Will also include a fake finger scanner, so after you type in the code you must hold your finger on a fake sensor for 2 seconds. The inner menu will be very high tech looking such as holograms and moving parts, sound effects. I Dont have a very big budget but i am sure we can work something out. I am willing to give you a share in the money until it pays say double or triple of what you offer for the project. Thanks!
