Camera app similar to existing Android app (Paper Camera)

Dear Developers, I'm looking for a developer to develop an app for android and iPhone. Developers who are interested in doing this project, please send a list of your projects history with some downloadable examples of your programming abilities. The app details are listed below. 1. Description 1.1 The app is for taking sketchy photographs in various modes. The app should be a duplicate of an android app called Paper Camera. 2. Working platforms The app should be compatible with the following devices/operating systems and should be upgradable to newer releases in the future. Please quote separately for each one, or for all. 2.1 Android Ginger Bread and Ice Cream Sandwich. 2.2 Android Honeycomb 2.3 iPhone – latest version 2.4 iPad – latest version 3. Theme/appearance 3.1 Should be very similar to the existing Android app (PAPER CAMERA), but with small differences in the graphics, fonts and background. 4. User features 4.1 The same features available in the existing Android app (PAPER CAMERA) 4.2 Plus+ the ability to choose file format and size. 5.
