Consultation Mobile Game (iPhone & Android)/Marketing + Tech

Hello, This is JUST a project for maximum 1.5 Hour consultation. We are planning to get into making our own game; something like Gun Bros or Tap Fish (please search them if you are not familiar with these games). We have posted some jobs here however we feel we need some professional consultation on the steps, requirements, marketing, strategy, etc before even investing in these games. So this is like doing some sort of market research + further understanding what we should deal with before even starting hiring someone to make an app. You should have previous experience with both "App making" AND "App Marketing". Not just making the apps. We don't need you to layout a detailed strategy but at the end of our consultation we should have very good understanding of the basics of conducting this project. You should have access to Skype or phone (USA or Canada) and you should have good English skills as all communications and consultation should be done in English.
