Hi, I have recently finished on such project where I had to get a mobile website on the Android and iPhone. You can check it in my profile as I finished it today only. Here is what I have to offer, I will create two pages A. Splash Page - This will be displayed for 3-5 seconds - This can contain your logo - a music can be played at the background - After 5 seconds it will automatically proceed to next page B B. Mobile Website Page - This will be loaded from the website and if internet is not working the app will exit. We'll do this for both iPhone and Android.
