Customizable iphone application (+ android & iPad vesrion)

We need an iPhone/iPad/android app that we will be using to our 12 restaurants Each restaurant is different, We need to be able to easily edit the application to change the name of the app for each restaurant, change the icon of the application, the content (which will be in general similar, but different wording, background, images, and colors) The app will contain general functionality common to restaurants ( push notification, map, contact phone call..) We need to be able to make changes to the apps in an easy way without technical knowledge, by adding images, words, and colors. Your responsibilities: Create the application, make an ipad, and android version. Create a web interface to manage the application, ensure acceptance with apple and android stores, and find a way for non technical people to edit the app for each restaurant without much technical expertise (for example through a web page or through providing code with simple instructions to modify the colors, backgrounds, logo, images, words, name , and icon) What we are looking for: A long term partner who will maintain our work, create more work (6 more upcoming projects), highly reliable, and professional, great graphic designer, honest, and respects deadlines.
