So we will maintain same flow during development time. 3>> Would you like to go for fix budget and when you add new feature that will add extra cost? or hourly rate you will prefer? If you confirm me this job then I will start as below... 1>> If I will do the UI design then I will send mock up screen design to you for review. 2>> After confirm the design I will start coding and send the build as per progress then you can review in your device and send me the report. 3>> I will upload the app for you. We have earlier made many similar apps with chat, call, sms etc features, basically a combination of viber and whatsapp. We just need linux server from your side, rest all design/development/configuration and submission to stores we can do ourself. It would be better if we can have detail discussion for better understanding and can share some demo too. Thanks
