APP QR CODE FOR IOS and ANDROID

I would like to create an App about QR codes and barcodes scanning. For IOS it must be compatible with iPhone 4 until iPhone 7 and optimized for iPad of all sizes. For Android it must be compatible with version 4.0 up to 7.1 and optimized for tablets of all sizes. The app must have these features: -scan of all kinds of QR codes and barcodes; -scans history and saved codes sharing function; -Creating QR codes (for example: phone book contact, phone number, free text, email, URL, position, sms) with the possibility to sharing on social network or saving in your SD card; -flash activation button; -QR codes or bar codes scanning from phone's gallery or SD card stored images; - A dedicated section to settings; -The app must include ads about which I will explain in private; -The app have to be localized in four countries. It's necessary to create the app in English language, so please send me Android and IOS strings and it will be my task to translate them in 3 languages; -Improved design and unique graphics which must not be a copy of existing apps; -Firebase analytics integrated; -Push notifications to send 1 or maximum 2 times a month service for a year ; -Publication on Google Play and App Store; This is what the developer must ensure, the lack of a single point unfortunately will result in withdrawal of the project, therefore payment will not be made. If instead, all details are respected then payment will be finalized and collaboration for the future is granted.
