Some of the touch points are too small (like the goals list or the list items on the resources page). When the touch points are too small, it makes it easy for a user to mistakenly hit the wrong action. By making the touch points larger, you'll ensure the user hits the desired spot every single time cutting down on mistakes and frustration. 2.) The large "X" button or icon on the appointments & plan sections are confusing. What action do they do? If they delete, that should be very explicit as that is a permanent action.
