Android parent control Messenger spy

hi, i am a parent and my child who has special needs is 26 and she likes to use her android tablet to play games and chat with family on Messenger. I want to try and log these messenger chats as she has found ways to turn off parental controls and add unscrupulous people of which have tried to groom her. Thankyou I have put $100 budget as there are reliable apps already available to do this that charge around the same for 12 months, but I would prefer something custom that only target Messenger as I use another app to monitor her app allowance and browsing.
