Build a Basic iOS APP

I need a basic application developed for iOS. This application will be used by our employees for time entry and attendance. This will also be used for calculation and submission of leaves. Please check attached and then bid.... all general bids will be rejected Please send me detailed quote(breakdown of cost according to the document i sent) and workflow for the app. Only those will be considered whose quote contains the complete cost breakdown according to the attached. PS:- App will be bilingual ARABIC and ENGLISH. We'll use local so no need for an API for backend DONT BId without reading the attached because I dont allow bid changes
