Build a Unity3D wrapper for an iOS and Android mobile ads SDK

We have developed a mobile SDK for iOS and Android that allows app and game developers to include ads. Our SDK allows for full screen interstitial ads and smaller banner ads to be displayed. The SDK handles all network communication and ad formatting. We need a Freelancer to build a wrapper that allows a Unity 4 or 5 developers to include our ads, without writing native iOS or Android code. This wrapper should be compatible with iOS and Android. A user of the wrapper will provide it with an "Application ID", an initialization token which will be passed from the wrapper to our SDK. There are an number of other methods that must be wrapped and callback delegates that should go through the wrapper. Our ads SDK is closed source, and you will not receive the source code for the SDK, but rather a compiled SDK for iOS and Android, as well as documentation.
