Will your potential customers use the App on your device or will they be able to install the App on their phones as well. Users will be asked ~10 questions (every on on a single screen + progress bar) and depending to their answers they will get some resulting text in the end. I would start with a MockUp - setting up the user interface for the app, every button, ... will be there but with dummy data and clicking buttons will not do anything (in most cases). Hi! Your application seems quite straightforward. I have experience with Apache Cordova + Angular.js + Bootstrap (alternatively Ionic Framework) and I propose we use that. We get a cross-platform application automatically by this method. Given the intended audience, we may want to create a multi-language app, based on the phone's default language or a widget to select the language the user desires. Bootstrap provides a very nice and consistent look-and-feel to the application, but beyond that I am going to need your guidance to achieve the "looks" you want since graphic design is outside my expertise.
