Build a simple crossplatform HTML5 based alarm app

I want to design a cross-platform HTML5 based alarm clock app that works like this: 1. The user downloads the app from the Android or iOS store 2. On 1st use, the user is asked to input a unique 12 digit code (they would have gotten this code offline from our physical bookstore, if not, then they can follow a link to another app screen where there would be instructions on how to get their unlock code) 3. After the user inserts the code, the app then becomes fully functional (this implies that the app should connect with a remote database to authenticate unlock code) and they can set an alarm time like they normally would with any alarm clock app, the only difference is that the alarm music that would play is a particular pre-recorded MP3 file that would be hard-coded into the app (note: this mp3 file cannot be copied from the OS file manager.. i will provide this audio file) 4. The user will also have the option on another screen of playing this hard-coded audio file whenever they want. 5. The user will also have the options to share the app's store link & comments via social media. 6. Finally, I require the source code at the end of the project as well as bug free app versions (apk, ipa etc) for Android, iOS, Windows phone & bb10.
