Camera App for Android and Apple.

Dear all, We would like to get an application developed which will perform following functions: 1) Open camera(no device controls) at start up. 2) Have a zoom in and zoom out slide at the bottom of the screen to use zoom in and out functionality of camera using slider. 3) A button on the top which will toggle flashlight on/off in torch mode or alerts if device does not support flashlight. 4) Application's look and feel will be provided to winner bidder. I'll be providing splash screen, layout for app and icon. You will be uploading it to to App Store and Android Market. The application needs to be built for Android and Iphone, could be a native application or multiplatform based application. Looking forward for bids.
