Lead Application Developer
Main tasks:
Acting as lead Mobile App / PHP developer.
Main Development will be on mainly for iOS and Android(Hybrid Application, cordova).
Leads the coding/configuration, testing, implementation and documentation of solution. Develops detailed design specifications.
Serve as a coach and mentor to other developers. Delegate tasks as appropriate.
Performs complex applications programming activities. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, and modifies complex applications programs.
Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.
Establishes systems to monitor the operating efficiency of existing application systems and provides (or arranges for) proactive maintenance.
Develop front end interface with focus on usability features.
Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences.
Standardising the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort Optimising performance for the apps.
Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies.
Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
A. Core Skill sets (Extensive knowledge with close association with the modern releases of the following frameworks / platforms or technologies)
Hybrid Mobile App Development (Cordova)
Mobile & Web application development using PHP, Ajax, XML & Json
DB management – MySQL
HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS3
Mobile Responsiveness - grid System working knowledge (Bootstrap etc.)
Cloud Technologies
GIT Systems
Drupal
NodeJS
B. Working Knowledge
Mobile app management on Apple iTunes & Google Play stores
Angular JS
Drupal (PHP)
JavaScript libraries like JQuery etc.
C. Optional Skills (Bonus points for qualification)
Graphic Designing – designing skills
Working knowledge of Native iOS & Android app development
D. Experience
