I need an app designed for iOS and Android that can provide a counter function from the date of beginning with a continuous counting function that displays constantly. It needs to have the ability to provide optional push notifications. It needs to have stock images (provided by me) with sayings (provided by me) that the user can choose from or the option to upload their own images as a background. Needs to be high quality, beautiful, functional, clean and modern. More detail regarding content will be provided during chat to establish the right designer. Please only quote if you are able to provide high quality service, reliable communication and very reliable apps and deliver on time as promised. The ability to follow clear instructions is important as well as the need to deliver high quality service and content. This app will grow in time, so this will be a long term relationship.
