Create a Dental Practice App making Template

I'm looking for a long term partner in a very exciting business venture. The partner must be a very skilled App Developer/Designer specialising in iPhone/iPad/iPod/Android friendly apps. The winning freelancer will be my long term partner and will benefit hugely as I will have hundreds/thousands of customers waiting! I want you to create an app template for a dental practice, which will then be able to be customised for each and every dental practice customer. * The app features must contain: - Home page with the dental practice in the background - Digital loyalty card system for patients - A system by which the dentist can Directly Market patients (Using free push notifications you can now send a message directly to your customers smartphone reminding them of new deals and offers etc) - Social Media Referrals (Ability to connect your Facebook and Twitter account to the app to allow customers to market the dental practice by instantly sharing a deal with their friends) - Customer Data & Analytic’s (Ability to track your success in real time helping you optimise your marketing knowing exactly what your customers like) - Map directions (To the dental practice) - One-tap-call (direct tab to allow customers to call the practice direct from app) - Opening hours (Allow customers to see opening hours of the dental practice) - Website integration - Photo gallery (of the dental practice) - Meet the team (of the dental practice) - Special offers - Refer a friend - Book an appointment - View treatments - Contact us - * (Any feature you think I have missed out that would make the app template amazing! - This is your opportunity to stand out from the other freelancers and shine) Essentially what I want to do is have a template which I can then get the developer (you) to customise for each individual customer dental practice in the future. When I get a new dental practice (customer) wanting an app, I want there to already be an existing template which the developer (you) will customise quickly and easily to suit the customer.
