Create a Mobile Website for stories and fill data

Hi, i want you to make a good mobile website for me. which should include all the features which a website has. it is an adult story website. it requires multi categories. user login/register and user can write their stories on website which will come to admin for approval before getting publish. and there will be a system that prevents to adding same story name twice. and data filling method will be text, not uploading files. there should be 2 languages, English and roman Urdu or Hindi. and in both languages there should be categories and sub categories. and there should be a warning system that DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE UNDER 18. if user agrees that he/she is over 18 than it will allow to enter in site. and finally you have to fill 3000 plus stories from different adult websites. it is very very easy, you just have to do copy and paste, so its not tough to fill that much data. for further details inbox me and remember it is an adult story (sex story) website, only contact me if you feel comfortable with this project.
