Create PhoneGap Project sample with IADs for Iphone

Create an PhoneGap project sample ( xcode v 4.0.2 ) with iAds at bottom of screen

I may need help setting up. I have release 2 Iphone apps, but having trouble with Apple's iAds. I have an excellent rating and pay promptly. App need to just browse local html file ( which is what PhoneGap does ).
