Develop an Android app that records video, sends a hash of the video file to a server using an existing API and stores all taken videos with additional information (e.g. geo location) in a list view

The app manages videos that are captured from within the app. The button click, the app takes a video. When the user ends video recording the video file is stored on the phone. The app shows the video as an item in a vertical list view. The video is hash (SHA256) and the hash sent to a server. This is done using the Java API [login to view URL] (see the code examples for hashing and [login to view URL]() function The server returns a status for the hash. This status that the server returns changes over time. The status must be queried using the [login to view URL]() function every 20 seconds until the returned status is success. The status must be shown in the vertical list view of the videos. Additional information on the video must be shown in the list view: Date and time the video was taken. Geolocation address (street, city), Preview frame from the video. Status from OpenTimestamps All information from the list view must be persistent on the phone and available when the app starts the next time. The video files can be stored in the standard Android directory. Screen designs will be given to the developer.
