I would like quotes to develop iPhone and Android apps for eLearning. The premise behind the app is that users will take quizzes on their mobile devices and the results need to be sent electronically immediately to an administrator for the app. For example, if the user presses the "A" button, the administrator should be able to see who pressed the "A" button by user name as well as when they pressed it. After a session of quizzing, the administrator should be able to view reports as to who answered what as well as have the ability to export it as an excel file. Here are the specs: Ability to take Articulate Storyline 2 published files and house them in the app. Log user clicks and report real time to the administrator Provide export functionality of a set of results from a session Different views for administrator and participants with different roles

" 3.3 Export and email- (user id, selections per question, and and submit times) to CSV M3 Mobile App - Participant Screen 4.1 Login - with primary key of given by Admin 4.2 On login - enter first name, last name..
