Write an Android application for wordpress

Hello, I'm looking to create an Android Tablet APP “Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1” that will help my visitors to enter their phone number and date of birth and sign up for our SMS list. We are going to use: wordpress sms The app is very basic, please see the screen demo I will place the tablet in the restaurant and people can enter their phone number and date of birth (month and day) and press sign up. There is no need to submit the app to Apple Store as this app will be used only in our restaurant tablet. The App in details: 1- The app will be running on tablet only 2- Must be full screen and run automatically “that means when we turn the tablet the app will run automatic in full screen mood” 3- The app will be full screen like the attached screen 4- The app will submit the info online to the SMS list by wordpress SMS 5- If the phone number is registered already: a message will show that the number is already subscribed 6- Successful new numbers will get a message on the tablet screen: Thank you message. Then have option to Entre new number icon 7- Full integration with Wordpress SMS: phone number and date of birth only Month and Date. No years. 8- No need to publish it to Google Apps. 9- I will need full instructions how to install it into the tablet with connecting with PC. 10- Please provide me with any ideas you have. 11- Must add [+1] so it will add to the number automatically 12- Design nice interface for the subscription, thank you message and the number is already registered message.
