Write an iPhone application

Working in operations the leisure/tourism industry, I have created a spreadsheet diary that I use at work with time on the x axis and observations/data/activity on the y axis. There are quite specific relationships between the activities/observations/data on the y axis, that are mostly forgotten year on year by tourism operators. eg A simple example is that if the weather is suitable for boating for a number of days, our demand for boat fuel increases dramatically. I also record hours worked by staff, so if there is an event/festival scheduled, we need to plan to increase our staffing levels. If the weather is forecast to be suitable for an event, we need to expect visitation to increase dramatically and have to make plans for more staff and more rubbish and recycle trucks available to cope. I would like to now bundle up events/weather/data into concepts that can be represented simply and pictorially and be moved across the timeline at will, to predict and plan, and have attached to each of them, a suite of consequences that should be considered when planning operational activity. I would like to have the ability for the timeline to swipe right to go back in time, and left to go forward. I would like (for example) a weather concept to look like a sun or a cloud, and have a drop down menu attached for each outcome for that concept, that could be used to drill down to explore the potential consequences. I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet/data I am using now. I have also attached a ppt presentation that was an earlier and simpler version of this idea. I think I have developed the idea further now.
