This application must allow me to recognize the image from a picture book and once recognized must start an audio file that describes the image. For the application to fail and to make fast the developer will tell me which is the most recommended format for the target images eg .jpeg files max 320x200 pixel grayscale. the application will work locally (on the phone) and off-line without the need for Internet connection. I wish the developer to tell me what is the minimum hardware and the Android minimum version and Ios minimum version so that the app works properly. Because there are no errors I wish the phone had stopped on the image to be recognized for up to 4 seconds, after which the image should be recognized and start the descriptive audio files. The graphics application for the moment is not important, whether the job will be done well you can proceed to a second step where we will discuss updates and fees. the application needs to work well if the book's images are in color and any size and shape.
