need to communicate with Qualcomm chip through DIAG port using dm protocol and retrieving rscp,rxqual,uarfcn,layer 3 RRC messages ,event notification and layer 2/layer 1 communication record also need to set and reset arfcn in the NVRAM so that we can force the mobile to attach with some particular frequency .
