create a web html version for app -- 2

Create the html web version and splash page and website for app. It needs java and good animations and no bugs. Site itself is quite simple. I need real site to look EXACTLY like the mock screens i send you and site needs to be optimized for all browser versions. If someone access the site from iphone or android, it will redirect them to play store or app store link.
