Custom CRM and Custom WooCommerce/ Wordpress Sites

I require some existing woocommerce and wordpress templates to be modified with added features.

The templates will be used on various websites. All the WooCommerce templates will share the same features and all the WordPress templates will share the same features.

Specific Information from each website will need to be routed to 1 single custom CRM System. The CRM system should be designed to be easy to use and as automated as possible to increase productivity. It should also be well tested and error free. Please keep this in mind as it is being designed. The main purpose of the system is to manage important information from multiple websites. The major tasks would be to keep track of customer account information, order information, communication and stats. All other information will be handled from each individual admin. I have tried to outline everything as best as possible but I am sure some things may have been left out, and some things may need to be changed or added based on testing. I have included the features required for both the WooCommerce/Wordpress and CRM system.

I need the project completed on schedule and on budget. I only want designers who will work with me very carefully to make sure I get exactly what is required. Payment will be held as a milestone payment and released when the project is completed and tested in full. Please only bid if you have sufficient experience and skills in creating something of this nature. Prompt communication is a must.
