Code Review for MVC4 Azure Storage Application Security Framework

I am looking for someone to perform an independent code review of the architecture for an MVC application that uses Azure Table Storage as a database and Windows Identify Foundation (WIF) for claims based authentication. Only the home page, registration and login have been implemented. Please describe your experience with the following skills in your response: MVC4, .NET Framework 4.5, C# Programming, WIF, Azure Table Storage, and Windows Azure. The scope of work is to review the source code and provide a written report that describes your assessment of the architecture, class design, quality of the code, use of best practices, and proper use of the applied technologies.
Answer to Question: Will the application be hosted in Azure? Yes, The application will be deployed to Windows Azure operating in a Web Role.
