C# FTP Copy all Files

I need a .net dll in C# to get all files from a ftp folder with FtpWebRequest. Following Steps need to happen 1. Connect to FTP 2. Get all Files from FTP Sub Folder to local Drive, where the Timestamp is more the 2 min old. 3. Move the pickup files on the FTP Sub Folder to an Backup Folder in the same directory (on the FTP Server).
