C# wrapper for the lastfm. fingerprinter

Hi .. i need someone who converts the following project into c#.. [login to view URL] this should be completely written in C# and the [login to view URL] should be importable in any other .net projects. The project and all the function calls MUST be user friendly. Project must be done in 3 Weeks.. at the end, i need to be able to do the following : call a function with the mp3 filepath as a parameter, and as a result i will get the fingerPrintID for that file (this means the mp3 file should be decoded into pcm, as far i understood on how the fingerprinting works). The code MUST use camel-case naming conventions, and sensible names (just like all Microsoft assemblies). You must provide XML-doc in the classes, so that Visual Studio code completion can provide intellisense for the methods and types. The code MUST have clear internal documentation, so that it can be maintained by future developers. #-#-#-# Deliverables1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable(an example project) form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition in form of a visual studio project (*.sln) and must include both the library and an example file. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
