I am looking for someone to code and design an application that will scale reads and writes across multiple database servers in the cloud. This will be offered as a service so customers will upload their mssql db to our application and it will scale vertically reads and writes based on traffic or demand.
This application will be similar to [url removed, login to view] except for doing mssql. We can discuss mysql and mssql.
Do not waste my time or yours if you cannot do this.
I will provide the servers to test the application. I must see targets met and see progress get done
