build a custom browser

Hi, We need to develop a custom browser like elmnet [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please find the below requirement and provide me the estimates to develop the same. The browser needs to have everything up to date same as Google chrome (with all add-ons and extensions) This browser will connect to internet once open, system will not connect to internet (wifi internet connection, but can browse through only our ISP) Fix placeholder for advertisements, these advt will be managed by browser admin,where browser admin can assign sequence and placeholder for each advert Browsing history needs to be saved for each user and admin can view all users history. Web analytics as well with list of websites user visited using this browser, how much time user has spent and all. Geo Location is also needed to track. If browser window is active/inactive, yahoo, skype & all other app should work. if browser is closed, all apps should close. Within browser custom message for subscription expiration, 2MBPS, 5 GB for 1 month is given to user and when that expires, the message should be shown to the user. Should work on apple, linux, windows Please confirm if you can do this. If you agree and cannot do this within the stipulated time-frame you need to return 20 times the project cost.
