Cloone of a portal

We want to develop a site that is similar to that of [login to view URL] The design will be different to above as long as the functions are cloned and layout is similar. In addition the site must have the following capabilities:- 1. The site must be created to be SEO friendly. Title, H1, H2 Headlines, description, keywords, ALT images etc 2. Full function admin panel. Please only bid if you are able to fully clone all of the functionality of this site. Also, if you have pre-created a similar site I would like to see it. So, with your bid, please include ONLY RELATIVE sample work in your portfolio and any ideas you have for me. I am happy to offer up to 25% bonus for exceptional work. We would like to work only with people, who can appreciate deadline requirements, as we do not have the time to explain things to people who don’t understand. Please do not waste our time with generic responses or sending us 100 sites you have done that have nothing to do with the project Once the site is setup there are a number of functions we wish to build in, so this is not just a one off project.
