Ball picker robot

I need someone to make this example working. i have tried but i didn't get it work. here you can see the example [login to view URL] All is given there. and also the source code. because i am not a c# developer so i can not make it [login to view URL] is a small project and i am expecting its budget should be no more than 30$ and also i need it to be done with in a day. it would be work of some hours for a C# developer.
