CD - DVD Write and read operations logging with c#

We want a c# based dll project which can collect events when the computer user put a CD or DVD to CD or DVD writer or reader and do something about CD or DVD. The events we want to collect are; 1- Insert CD - DVD 2- Eject CD - DVD 3- File written to cd - dvd (get the written file - optional)
