CONTEXT: THE DATABASE FOR THE SYSTEM WILL BE GIVEN AND HOSTED BY US. This system allows users (distributors) get in contact with customers. The user will see a list of orders from customers. If he wants to he can answer this orders. If the user answers an order, later he can tell the system if it ended in a sale or not. There will be a login screen and 2 profiles for this system. The distributor is the first one and is the one we will be referring to as user. This users will be preloaded, and by default they will be flagged as new until they confirm a few additional information (first time registration). The second one is SAC. They will see orders that have not been answered by any user. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: - Login screen - After login in, if the user is a distributor and is flagged as new a user confirmation page should always appear until the user fills all his info: - If the user is not flagged as new, their dashboard should appear. - Dashboard for users - Dashboard for SAC USERS - A user can reply to a new order and a mail should arrive to the customer. The mail template will be given. The order becomes a current order. - A user can reject a new order. The order becomes a past order. - A user can indicate if a current order ended in a sale or not. The order becomes a past order. - A user can see a list of new, current and past orders - A user can see a list of new orders: - A user can see a list of current and past orders - A user can edit at any time some of its user info - A user can deactivate itself or can select schedules in which he can get new orders SAC - SAC can see a list of orders that have not been taken by any user - SAC can mail this orders to any user he desires. The mail format will begiven. - SAC can edit its user information.
