Backup Scripts for AWS EC2

Develop Powershell scripts to manage snapshot backups for instances in Amazon Web Services EC2. The solution requires snapshots to be created on monthly, weekly and daily basis, with retention periods for each and automatic deletion of expired snapshots. The Powershell scripts will be initiated via Windows Server Scheduled Tasks. All metadata will be maintained in EC2 Tags attached to each instance and EBS volume. When configured, instances will be stopped prior to snapshots being created for the volumes and then restarted afterward. Full specifications will be provided to the successful bidder. You must have experience with both Powershell and AWS EC2 scripting, and have developed AWS Powershell applications previously.
