Crystal Reports Test Project (C#)

Please create a professional-looking report that displays all information from the first/main tab. There should also be some type of functionality to easily add more information. Also, if the user enters information in the 'notes' tab, please be sure to include this. There is a button on the main app called "Printable View". Once the user clicks this, the report will be created and the tab will change to the newly visible "Printable View" tab. All other details have been discussed via instant messenger.
