Need to make Web Application work

I have a web application using ASP, MS Access database & Javascript to measure skill level of volunteer we hire for our non profit organization.
Below how it used to work with another web host provider before.
Once you click on login and provide login & password, web application should display in the page, but, I'm getting error in page right now.
As per the web hosting provider I need to provide right ODBC connection update in the code so that app can connect to the database. So I need someone to troubleshoot and make it work.
Details regarding access and file, database name will be given once project is awarded.
Once this application works, I need suggestion to upgrade the code to bring up to the current software standard.
I will open another project once this project is completed. Preference will be given to award the 2nd part who can make the current part work.
