asp.net mvc modal popup

I have provided a Visual Studio 2015 solution named EmailDemo which contains 2 projects. The first project is an email service which provides functionality such as getinboxemail, getarchiveemail, markemailasread, etc. The second project is an ASP.NET MVC project which contains among other things an EmailController which makes calls to the EmailService. In the [login to view URL] project there is an href link. What I want done is the development of a modal dialogue window which provides messaging center capability. The dialogue window should include 2 tabs for Inbox and Archive email and for each there should be a grid that displays these emails. The grid should allow users to move emails to inbox or archive, mark a message as read or unread, delete the message and view the details of each email which includes From, Subject, Priority, Receive Date and Message Body. Messages which are not yet read should be displayed in the grid in bold text. Additionally, this modal dialgue should provide the user with a Create Message dialogue which provides the user with a subject, priority and message body input text. When the user sends the new message, it will call the controller which in turn calls the EmailService's CreateEmailMethod. I require that at least 50% of this work be complete by 3/24 and that all work is completed by 3/31.
