Advanced Mac Accessibility Input System -- 2

Currently the Apple OSX accessibility framework allows you to post messages to background processes to simulate mouse and keyboard input. However, since this is per process and not per window, you can only send input to the front most window of each running application.
I need to send input to a specific to a background window of a process without bringing it to the front or changing the z order of any window on the desktop.
Please describe your experience and approach to get this job.
