Develop a Mac Application

I would like to have an app that helps Chinese people to learn English on the go. There are two key functions - passage to be read and the voice recording function. Then an English coach on the other side should be able to listen to and give instant feedback on the pronunciation and further interaction. It serves as a platform. It should be compatible on iphone, samsung, xiaomi, and other Chinese mainstream mobile phones and devices. The content can be controlled and supplied by the operators and the segmentation of the target audience can be students, work professional, conference goer, international trade show attendees, and English Teachers.
