I need a very quick turn on a prototype board. Simple design: Length: no longer than 5.00 inches Width: as small as possible Mounting holes: 6 where possible with the following components on it that will be mounted in an enclosure (so they need an overhang) 1 RJ45 8 pin connector (will carry power / plain connector) 1 Power Barrel (to accommodate a 2.1mm I.D. x 5.5mm O.D. x 9.5mm ) power supply 1 6 position header to hold ([login to view URL] or direct replacement) must be rated to accommodate 240v @ 20 A Each pin of the above to be terminated on a standard vertical pin header on the opposite side of the components. I need this done immediately

Dear sir, Please let me introduce a little about myself: 1. I have a team (7 members), we are working for a USA PCB Layout company And ready to work for you on all time(both Saturday and Sunday). - The software we are using is Cadence Allegro 15.7-16.6.10. (Altium 10.2 and Mentor Expedition EE7.9.4). - The board can be small to large: up to thousand components and high density constraint, high speed signals, PCIe, SFP, DDR3...etc. - Multi layers boards. (2 layers up to 40 layers). - Multi people to work on the board to meet your schedule. Working Proceduce: We will estimate the working time. If you approve the working time, cost, and schedule, we will start to work. 2/. We will send you the daily report to report status and bring up any questions/issues regard to the layout (Documents, guidelines, ...). 3/.
