Auto post to facebook wall

Hi, Is there any one who can do "auto post to facebook" what i am having is a chatroom based on php and what i want is whenever someone type a message in chatroom, suppose "@fb hello i am fine" than "hello i am fine" will go to that particular user facebook wall. I need same thing for twitter like "@twt hello i am fine" than "hello i am fine will go to user twitter account" Let me know as i want to do it quick now. Only who can do it now will be asked to quote here. My budget is USD 45 EACH.
